What is JOESEI doing?

Simply put, we are taking preventive measure
to safeguard infrastructure facilities around the world.
What we do?

In order to prevent accidents due to aging of
bridges, tunnels and dams over roads and
railways, we conduct collective management
for design, construction, and maintenance
after conducting survey.
Why do you need such survey
and management?-
Infrastructure facilities age as well as humans.
Just as humans are tested in hospitals, infrastructure
facilities need to be tested to make sure they are in good
working order. If left untouched when repairs are needed,
life-threatening accidents can occur. Also, if an across
the tracks or overpass is dropped, emergency transportation
will be hindered. In order to prevent such a thing from happening,
we maintain and manage it by the latest technology with
connecting our own information and network.
How is the survey going?
-
First of all, it is very important to have a
“specialized technician's eye” to accurately grasp
the situation and information. Diagnosis is performed
in this way, and our latest technology is used to detect
and grasp the deformation of the target structure.
The measurement mainly uses optical sensor,
laser Doppler technology, non-destructive diagnosis using
ultrasonic technology, and three-dimensional deformation
analysis using a 3D scanner. We maintain and manage
them by various prescriptions are made using the survey
results. In addition, by full using robot technology,
we can conduct ' survey (Palpation) that can directly
inspect the surface of structures', and it is possible to
conduct more delicate survey remotely.
What are the strengths of JOESEI?

We can do everything from initial <design> to final
< survey, maintenance and management>. Infrastructure
facility projects require people with diverse expertise and skills,
and the ability to assemble a wide range of information and networks.
In addition, securing and managing such people is also important. If that
part is ambiguous, it will be judgeby the engineer's subjectivity, and in the worst case
an accident will occurafter inspection. Joesei is able to judge and diagnose accurately
by gathering the information of the stable specialist's eyes and various angles, and also

but in the world such as USA, China, Germany, Vietnam,
